Q: In a Japanese public bathroom, where can you find the soap and paper towels?
A: Wherever they stashed the toilet seat. (No, that's not a urinal.)
Japan: The only country in the world with porcelain ashtrays over urinals in public bathrooms. (Not even in Virginia!)
